Circles South West is delighted to announce we are recruiting a new member of the team.
Circles South West is an independent charity that works to prevent sexual abuse by reducing the risk of sexual re-offending through its innovative community-based approach. As part of our sustainability strategy we aim to become a provider of training and consultancy in our specialist field, reinvesting income generated into our core work. We now seek to appoint a dynamic Training Coordinator to drive this initiative forward.
With at least 5 years’ experience of training delivery in a related field, your expertise is informed by your substantial practice experience in working with people who have sexually offended, with harmful sexual behaviour, and more widely in sexual abuse prevention. You will lead the development and delivery of our training and consultancy offer, and will scope, design, promote, deliver and evaluate our training and consultancy for professionals and community groups. It is anticipated that this post will be self-sustaining by 2022.
This exciting and challenging opportunity requires a talented, motivated individual who is a self-starter and brings originality in approach. This position requires extensive travel across the south west region.
