Sophie joined Circles South West as a volunteer in 2013 and has considerable volunteering experience in a number of successful Circles of Support and Accountability in the South West between 2013 and 2019.

Sophie currently works for a large financial services organisation where she leads the innovation and development of their HR technology suite, focusing on cloud based technology.

She has over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources across a wide variety of roles as well as a law degree from Swansea University.

Sophie joined the Board of Trustees in 2021 and was appointed Deputy Chair in September 2023.
