Sonia Bateman

Sonia is the administrator for Circles South West. She provides administrative support to the team, assists with volunteer recruitment and administers the delivery of training events plus lots of other administrative tasks to support the charity.
Sonia’s has 12 years of experience in recruitment and HR, qualifying in CIPD Level 5 Human Resource Management before changing careers to Community and Event Fundraising where she worked for 10 years achieving a distinction in an Event Management diploma.
Sonia’s career has involved a high-level of administration and organisation skills which she is brings to the role at Circles along with a passion to work within a charity focusing on improving and making a difference to people’s lives.
