Lucy Graham
Lucy trained as a journalist and worked in marketing with the law firm Deloitte before realising her talent lay in coordination.
With over 20 years of administration and organisation experience her career has included working with apprenticeships, social housing, an ethical online store and most recently supporting community nurses on a palliative care team. At the centre of all her work has been a very people-oriented approach putting her in a fantastic place to be the first person to welcome new volunteers to Circles South West.
Lucy joined Circles South West in 2015 and since then has been a central figure in advancing our work. Her main roles are recruiting and retaining volunteers, maintaining key databases, organising both core and development training and being a driving force behind our website.
