We are recruiting to three roles with the option to combine part-time posts to create a full-time position, depending on location.
Circles South West is an award winning charity that prevents sexual abuse by reducing the risk of sexual re-offending. Circles enable volunteers to positively impact on the safe integration of adults and young people who have sexually harmed. We work closely with statutory agencies and provide a complementary risk management approach. We provide education and support programmes for the partners and families of those who have sexually harmed. Our training and consultancy for professionals is designed to enhance their skills, knowledge and understanding to engage effectively with people who sexually harm and to contribute to the prevention of sexual abuse.
We are recruiting the following:
Training Coordinator, South West. £32k pro rata. Home based.
17.5 hours (2.5 days) per week, Fixed-term to October 2023
You will demonstrate significant knowledge and substantial training and practice experience in the field of sexual harm and sexual abuse prevention. You will lead the development and delivery of our training and consultancy offer for professionals. This post should be self-sustaining within 2 years.

Circles Coordinator (Young People), Devon (and surrounding areas). £32k pro rata. Home based.
21 hours (3 days) per week, Fixed term for 12 months initially
Your professional experience with young people will include working with harmful sexual behaviour, informed by relevant knowledge and understanding. You will be passionate about enabling young people to reach their potential. You will recruit, train, coordinate and supervise groups of volunteers to support young people (and families) for around 12 months, enabling them to take responsibility for their behaviour; engage in positive activities; enhance their self-worth. You will assess referrals, coordinate and monitor provision and provide progress updates.
Young Peoples’ Coordinator Job Description

Programme Facilitator, Devon/Cornwall. £32k pro rata. Home based.
10 – 14 hours (1.5 – 2 days) per week, Fixed-term to March 2022 initially.
**Please note this post can only be applied for alongside one of our other roles.
Your significant experience of (co)facilitating programmes in the criminal justice or related sector will be underpinned by your knowledge of working with people who have sexually harmed and their victims. You will lead the delivery of education and support programmes for people who have accessed indecent images of children online and for their partners and family. You will work closely with police and other partners to assess suitability and provide feedback.
