BBC Radio Devon covered the subject of sexual offending on 19th November on their breakfast show in response to a recent report showing that there are more people convicted of sexual offences now living in Devon & Cornwall than ever before; a rise of 2.8% in the last year and a 75% increase in the last 10 years.
